Five people, two years,
and thirty dispensaries.
We are a small team in Dublin. Three of us are engineers, and those three keep the system live in more than thirty Irish pharmacies. Nobody here sells for a living, which is why the person who answers your questions is usually the person who built the thing you are asking about.

Why we built it
We ran the phones before we replaced them.
Everything on this site came out of standing in dispensaries and watching what actually happens. The missed-call log on the homepage is a real Monday morning. The quotes are from staff we rang to ask how it was going, not from a case study we commissioned.
The thing that surprised us was who liked it. We expected owners to care about the numbers. What we got instead was counter staff volunteering that their phone had stopped ringing — from people who introduced themselves as a million per cent not a tech person.
That is the standard we hold the product to. If someone has to be taught it, we built it wrong.
