2. Our services

Pharmin provides software development, communications automation and technology consultancy services to businesses, including Pharmin and bespoke integrations across WhatsApp, SMS, voice and email.

We do not sell, supply, prescribe or dispense medications, and we do not provide healthcare, medical, clinical or pharmacy services. Some of our clients operate in regulated sectors, including healthcare. Any medical, clinical or health-related content, products or services made available through systems we build belong to and are the sole responsibility of the relevant client, who is responsible for their own regulatory and legal compliance. Pharmin provides technology services only.

3. Client engagements

Where we provide services to a client, those services are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or service agreement). If anything in these website terms conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement. These website terms govern your use of this website.

4. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website’s operation or security; or
